From a distance,
The earth has found rare peace.
The streets are refreshingly calm during the day,
And noise pollution has gone AWOL.
From a distance,
The ozone layer has been spared.
Industrial air pollutants are on sick leave.
Oxygen is finally smiling.
From a distance,
Health sector staff are the only full time employees.
Others are happily relaxing at home with their families.
From a distance,
Goats,birds & other stray domestic animals have no bosses.
They have gained independence,
And are freely patroling the streets like kites.
